The notified text resolves as follows: ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE To implement paragraph 3 of Constitutional Court Judgment T-343 of 2022 concerning the adoption of administrative measures necessary to suspend immediately the marketing of agricultural chemicals with the component Chlorpyrifos. ARTICLE 2 - SUSPENSION OF MARKETING To suspend immediately the marketing in the national territory of chemical products for agricultural and livestock use that contain Chlorpyrifos. ARTICLE 3 - CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATIONS To cancel the ICA registrations of chemical products for agricultural and livestock use that contain Chlorpyrifos. ARTICLE 4 - PROHIBITION OF IMPORTATION To prohibit immediately the importation of raw materials and finished goods for marketing in the national territory, of chemical products for agricultural and livestock use use that contain Chlorpyrifos. ARTICLE 5 - DENIAL AND REJECTION OF APPLICATIONS To deny and reject immediately registration procedures of chemical products for agricultural and livestock use containing Chlorpyrifos, including modification procedures. ARTICLE 6 - DEFINITIVE ELIMINATION Within a maximum period of six (6) months from the notification of Judgment T-343 of 2022, the ICA shall adopt additional administrative measures to those established in this Resolution, aimed at the definitive elimination of the use in the national territory of agricultural and livestock chemical products containing Chlorpyrifos. ARTICLE 7 - SANCTIONS Failure to comply with any of the provisions established in this Resolution shall be sanctioned in accordance with the provisions of Articles 156 and 157 of Law 1955 of 2019, without prejudice to any civil and criminal actions that may be applicable.
