RRMA is organizing this specialized training program for industry professionals and consultants to enhance their understanding of FSSC 24000, the Social Management System Scheme developed by FSSC.
FSSC is a globally recognized, independent, non-profit foundation that owns and manages the FSSC 22000 and FSSC 24000 Schemes—both fully aligned with the ISO Management System approach and ISO Harmonized Structure.
Through this training, participants will gain practical insights into how FSSC Schemes support the consumer goods industry in implementing effective management systems, ensuring compliance with legislation, mitigating business risks, and building supply chain resilience.
The course also emphasizes how organizations can align their operations with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and contribute to a more responsible, sustainable, and equitable global business environment.

Technical Manager – Social Sustainability, FSSCAnte Batinic serves as the Technical Manager for Social Sustainability at FSSC, overseeing the development, maintenance, and technical support for the FSSC 24000 Scheme. He brings extensive auditing experience in both food and non-food manufacturing industries, having previously worked as a Lead Auditor and held leadership positions as Global SA8000 Program Manager and Deputy Scheme Manager for amfori BSCI and SMETA. With a diverse auditing background across South-East and Central Asia, Ante offers a unique global perspective on social sustainability practices. He is deeply committed to promoting responsible business conduct and ensuring that organizations of all sizes uphold the fundamental principles of human and labor rights.
Swapnil Shinde
India and South Asia Representative, FSSC 24000As FSSC Regional Representative, Swapnil will be responsible for building strong relationships and cooperation with key market stakeholders and trade organizations, as well as engaging with relevant public authorities, governmental institutions, and accreditation bodies. In addition to his degree in electronics, Swapnil also has degrees in social studies, environmental studies, and occupational health and safety. Swapnil is a Lead Auditor for several standards and schemes, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, SA8000, SMETA, ASC, ISO 29990, and others. He was also one of our key contacts for FSSC 24000 in SGS. Swapnil is particularly passionate about social sustainability, Swapnil is keen to support the market acceptance of FSSC 24000.
