Yes, you can upgrade your membership from Individual to Corporate Membership, provided that your organization enrolls as a Corporate Entity Member. We would be happy to help you with the transition and provide details on the applicable fees.

After your application has been processed, you will receive your member discount code by email. The code can be used for online registration for our courses and the discount will automatically apply for members who are logged in to our learning portal and viewing the course in the RRMA website.
Yes. Upon approval of membership application, a digital RRMA membership certificate will be issued to new members. Corporate members will receive certificates for all delegates nominated by the corporate member.
Once approved:
- You'll receive a welcome email with your membership certificate
- You'll get login credentials for the member portal
- After approval, the membership ID you receive can be used to avail the discount applicable for courses and events
- You'll be added to our member communication list for updates and invitations.
- Student Membership: Valid until 18 months post-graduation
- Fellow Membership: Valid for one year after approval (renewable)
- Honorary Membership: Lifetime
- Corporate Membership: Valid for 1 year from date of approval (renewable annually)
Renewal reminders will be sent via email 60 days before expiry. You can renew through the member portal or by contacting our membership team. All renewals require payment of the Annual Fee.
If you don't renew:
- Your access to member benefits (discounts, portal, webinars) will be suspended
- You can reactivate your membership by paying applicable fees
- Corporate memberships may require a new Admission Fee if more than 6 months have passed.
Individual Memberships are non-transferable. Corporate Memberships allow you to change nominated delegates by contacting our membership team.

Fellow Membership is offered to members who are professionals and meet the following criteria:
- Hold a bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- All applicants that meet the criteria above can apply for Fellow Membership, but the level of access depends on whether it’s paid membership or not.
Required documents vary by membership type:

If you don't meet the Fellow eligibility criteria, you could still be eligible for Student Membership if you are currently enrolled in a university program. Otherwise, you can apply once you meet the requirements.
RRMA offers both Individual and Corporate memberships:
Individual Memberships:- Student Member – For enrolled university students.
- Fellow Member – For professionals who have a Bachelor’s Degree (and/or Equivalent). Limited access to RRMA material and benefits.
- Fellow Paid Member – For professionals who have a Bachelor’s Degree (and/or Equivalent). Full access to RRMA material and benefits.
- Honorary Member – Awarded by RRMA by Invitation.
- Small/Micro Company – For small and micro enterprises
- Large/Medium Company – For mid-sized registered entities
- Premium Corporate – For large organizations established in India for 5+ years with 50+ employees.
Student Membership is valid for 18 months after graduation from the course. The membership will automatically get upgraded to Fellow Membership of RRMA after 18 months from date of closure of Student Membership, provided Fellow Membership criteria is fulfilled by the Member before upgrading to Fellow Membership. Members shall receive intimation of upgrading of membership before such upgradation.
Fellow Membership will continue to be free of charge until the 31st December 2026. After that date, RRMA will give you the option to retain full access to material and benefits (Paid Fellow membership) or switch to the Free Fellow membership (which has limited access).
No; Until the 31st December 2026, Fellow membership is free. After this, any and all costs induced will be clearly established, so there will not be any hidden costs in the future either.
- Admission Fee: A one-time fee paid when you first join.
- Annual Fee: A recurring fee paid every year to maintain your membership.
- Admission Fee: ₹60,000 (one-time).
- Annual Fee: ₹1,20,000 (yearly).
- Total for Year 1: ₹1,80,000 + GST.
No, Corporate Membership fees are exclusive of GST. An additional 18% GST is applicable on both the admission fee and annual fee. Please see below:
Example (Premium Corporate):- Admission Fee: ₹1,00,000 + 18% GST = ₹1,18,000.
- Annual Fee: ₹5,00,000 + 18% GST = ₹5,90,000.
- Total for Year 1: ₹7,08,000.

The application process is as follows:

Corporate membership registration
For corporate membership, the company must first register as a Corporate Entity Member. Once the company’s membership is approved, its employees can register individually as Corporate Individual Members under the company’s membership.

RRMA will review the submitted application, usually within 3–5 business days.

Complete the membership payment.
Pay the applicable membership fee based on the selected membership category.
