This Technical Regulation establishes the requirements for safe use of pyrotechnic articles, which are mandatory for manufacturers of pyrotechnic articles and their authorized representatives - residents of Ukraine, suppliers of pyrotechnic articles, the central governmental authorities, which are responsible for technical regulation and supervision of the pyrotechnic articles safety and designated conformity assessment bodies. ; ; Also Technical Regulation establishes the classification, age limits, and requirements for labeling and packing of pyrotechnic articles and procedures of pyrotechnic articles conformity assessment with the requirements of the abovementioned Technical Regulation. ; ; Mandatory implementation of the Technical Regulation for fireworks 1-3 classes - since 2012, but not earlier than one year after the enactment of national standards which are harmonized with European norms, other pyrotechnic articles - two years after entry into force of European standards for a specific type of fireworks. ; ; Revision of the Technical Regulation with purpose of improvement of its implementation and application (if necessary) can be made annually. ;
