Fósforos integrales Estos productos se encuentran comprendidos en la siguiente clasificación arancelaria: CLASIFICACIÓN DESCRIPCIÓN 3605.00.00 Fósforos (cerillas), excepto los artículos de pirotecnia de la partida 36.04 - Este proyecto de reglamento establece las definiciones, condiciones generales, requisitos del producto, requisitos de embase, empacado y rotulado, ensayos para evaluar la conformidad, normas de referencia, procedimientos para la demostración de la conformidad y de verificación del cumplimiento con RTE, la autoridad de control y supervisión, régimen de sanciones y responsabilidades para la evaluación de la conformidad.

The draft Directive adopts the specific purity criteria for E 319 tertiary-butylhydroquinone (TBHQ) (HS 2907.22), E 426 soybean hemicellulose, E 462 ethyl cellulose (HS 3207), E 586 4-hexylresorcinol (HS 2907), E 1204 pullulan (HS 1108)and E 1452 starch aluminium octenyl succinate (HS 1108). Additionally, it withdraws the purity criteria for E 216 propyl p-hydroxybenzoate and E 217 sodium propyl p-hydroxybenzoate (HS 2916) which are no longer permitted for use as food additives. It also updates the specific purity criteria for E 472c citric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty (HS 2918) acids in order to cover partially or wholly neutralised products. Introduces the requirement for E 559 aluminium silicate to be produced from raw kaolinitic clay (HS 2507) whose content of dioxin should be restricted to the lowest possible level.
