Pharmacists Ordinance [New Version] 5741-1981 - Amendment

Israel's Ministry of Health announced a new draft amendment to the Pharmacists Ordinance [New Version] 5741-1981.The draft aims to regulate the production and import of pest repellents and disinfectants designed to be used on the human body. It was composed in accordance with the existing EU Regulation No. 528/2012 of 22 May 2012 concerning the making available on the market and use of biocidal products.The provisions for these two types of products will be removed from the scope of previous regulations and will be regulated under a new Chapter G'3 "Biocidal products for disinfection and for repelling pests to be used on the human body" in the Pharmacists Ordinance.
