The draft veterinary health certificate for regulating the import of Gelatine Derived from the Bones or Skins of Bovine/Porcine (Other Than Wild/Feral) into India was notified to WTO as document G/SPS/N/IND/332 dated 25 August 2025. Subsequently, the final veterinary health certificate was notified to WTO as document G/SPS/N/IND/332/Add.1 dated 18 February 2026. Considering the comments of stakeholders and in order to facilitate the trade the content or scope of notified measures, “Veterinary Health Certificate for Import of Gelatine Derived from the Bones or Skins of Bovine/Porcine (Other Than Wild/Feral) into India" has been further reviewed.  The revised measure adopted and published on 29 May 2026. The notified measure enters into force after transaction/migration period of six months from the date of circulation of the G/SPS/N/IND/332/Add.2 notification.Text of final measure available from:

The draft Order has been developed with the aim of improving and clarifying certain provisions of the Procedure for the Notification (Submission) of Information on Cosmetic Products, approved by Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine No. 2147 of 18 December 2023, which sets out the mechanism for the notification (submission) of information on cosmetic products and the procedure for establishing and maintaining the Electronic System for the Notification (Submission) of Information on Cosmetic Products.The draft Order proposes to approve the following amendments to the Procedure:to reduce the administrative burden on economic operators when notifying (submitting) information on cosmetic products, including by introducing a mechanism for the automated exchange of electronic data on cosmetic products via an open Application Programming Interface (API) between the responsible person and the System;to remove the requirement to submit graphic files of product labelling and photographs of the packaging prior to placing cosmetic products on the market;to allow the manual entry of safe ingredients using international identifiers (INCI, IUPAC, CAS and EC).The adoption of the Order will ensure the harmonisation of national legislation with European Union requirements, facilitate the automation of information exchange and streamline the notification process for cosmetic products.
