The Russian Federation notified draft of the Eurasian Economic Commission Collegium Decision on amendments to the Common veterinary (veterinary and sanitary) requirements, adopted by the Decision of the Customs Union (CU) Commission No. 317 as of 18 June 2010, in G/SPS/N/RUS/23 (19 April 2013). The Decision was adopted by the Collegium of the Eurasian Economic Commission on 10 September 2013 No. 192. The Decision will enter into force 30 calendar days after it is officially published. The publication was on 11 September 2013 at the Eurasian Economic Commission website: http://www.eurasiancommission.org/docs/Download.aspx?IsDlg=0&ID=4651&print=1 The relevant amendments were introduced into the CU Commission Decision as of 7 April 2011 No. 607 on Common forms of certificates for goods subject to veterinary control. This document adjusts CU forms of veterinary certificates in accordance with the above mentioned amendments to the CU veterinary requirements. Amendments to the CU forms of veterinary certificates were adopted by the Decision of the Collegium of the Eurasian Economic Commission on 10 September 2013 No. 193. The Decision will enter into force 30 calendar days after it is officially published.
