The Resolution approves the Technical Regulation on civil protection means that establishes requirements for civil protection means, their placing on the market, putting into circulation, as well as procedures for conformity assessment of such means. Civil protection means must meet the essential requirements set out in Annex 1 to this Technical Regulation.  Civil protection means may be placed on the market if they meet the requirements of this Technical Regulation.Placing of civil protection means on the market, which were put into circulation before the entry into force of this Resolution, may not be prohibited or restricted.
