This addendum aims at informing that the National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology – Inmetro, issued Ordinance Nº 69, 28 March 2017, which lays down adjustments to the mandatory Conformity Assessment Procedures (G/TBT/N/BRA/375/Add.1) for school kits composed of school supplies, which should be performed by a third party body, focusing on safety through the certification mechanism aiming to meet ABNT NBR 1536 update.
