Revision of the Mandatory Standard SI 562 part 3, dealing with migration of certain chemical elements from toys. This draft standard revision adopts the European Standard EN 71-3: 2013 and Amendment 1: October 2014. The major differences between the old version and this new revised draft standard are due to the new amendment introduced to the adopted European Standard and due to changes in the normative references introduced in the standard's Hebrew section.
