Portable fire extinguishers and fire-fighting agents By means of this Addendum No. 1, the Republic of Ecuador hereby advises that the third revision (3R) of Ecuadorian Technical Regulation (RTE INEN) No. 006 "Portable fire extinguishers and fire-fighting agents", notified in document G/TBT/N/ECU/346 of 3 April 2019, has been issued pursuant to Resolution No. 19 048 of 26 July 2019 by the Under-Secretariat for Quality of the Ministry of Production, Foreign Trade, Investment and Fisheries, published in Official Journal No. 26 of 27 August 2019. Ecuadorian Technical Regulation (RTE INEN) No. 006 (3R) replaces RTE INEN 006 (2R):2015 and will enter into force six months following its publication in the Official Journal.
