With regard to the Ordinance on the Quality and Labelling of Fuels (10th BImSchV), this ordinance sets - in respect of road vehicles, non-road mobile machinery (including inland waterway vessels when not at sea), agricultural and forestry tractors, and recreational craft when not at sea - technical specifications for fuels to be used with positive ignition and compression-ignition engines and labelling requirements for fuels. The ordinance applies especially to petrol, diesel fuels, gas oil, biodiesel, ethanol fuel, liquid petroleum gas, natural or bio gas as fuel, vegetable oil fuel, hydrogen and fuel oil. The ordinance will specify the labelling of fuels according to the relevant European standard. Quality requirements for hydrogen have been implemented in the ordinance. The quality requirements for transport fuels are updated to the latest state of the art by citing the latest version of DIN or CEN standards in the Ordinance on the Quality and Labelling of Fuels. The Ordinance on Biological Waste Treatment Plants (30th BImSchV) lays down specific material requirements for the facilities for the biological treatment of waste subject to approval under immission control legislation.

Amendment of Toy Safety Regulation Toy safety regulation of Turkey was published in the Official Gazette dated on 4 October 2016 and entered into force on 4 April 2017. An amendment regarding the same regulation published in the Official Gazette dated on 1 April 2017. Currently, a draft amendment was prepared within the framework of the new developments mentioned as follows: - Chemical updates with the European Union (EU) Directives 2017/774, 2017/898, 2017/738, 2018/725 are harmonized. - The reference to the underlying regulation in relation to the domestic law is updated. - The required updates regarding the change of the name of the Ministry responsible for the implementation of the legislation have been reflected. - The references made to the “aquatic toy” have been changed as “aqueous toy” in the related sections of Appendix C.
