Decision of the Energy Regulatory Commission amending Mexican Official Standard NOM-016-CRE-2016, Petroleum product quality specifications, on the basis of Article 51 of the Federal Law on Metrology and Standardization. On 30 October 2015, the Energy Regulatory Commission published in the Official Journal (DOF), on the basis of the texts mentioned, Emergency Mexican Official Standard NOM-EM-005-CRE-2015: "Quality specifications for petroleum products", which was amended pursuant to Resolution RES/898/2015, published in the DOF on 20 January 2016, and subsequently published, as amended, on 12 May 2016 as draft Mexican Official Standard PROY-NOM-016-CRE-2016 "Quality specifications for petroleum products".
