The Russian Federation notified draft of amendments to the Common forms of veterinary certificates for goods subject to veterinary control from third countries in G/SPS/N/RUS/38 (29 October 2013). The document introduced amendments to the CU legislation especially to the CU form of veterinary certificate No. 36. The Decision was adopted by the Eurasian Economic Commission Collegium No. 19 as of 11 February 2014. The Decision will enter into force 30 days after its official publication.
