Draft of Circular on list of veterinary drugs permitted and list of veterinary drugs prohibited for circulation in Viet Nam

This circular specifies the list of veterinary drugs permitted to be circulated and the list of veterinary drugs prohibited to be circulated in Viet Nam. This circular will replace the Circular No 15/2009/TT-BNN dated 17 March 2009, Circular No 29/2009/TT-BNN dated 4 June 2009, Circular No. 20/2010/TT-BNNPTNT dated 2 April 2010, Circular No. 03/2012/TT_BNNPTNT dated 16 January 2012, Circular No. 25/2012/TT_BNNPTNT dated 22 June 2012 and Circular No. 28/2013/TT-BNNPTNT dated 31 May 2013 relating to the lists of veterinary permitted for circulation in Viet Nam.

This draft standard revision adopts the European Standard EN 12915-1: March 2009<span>.</span><span> </span>The major differences between the old version and this new revised draft standard are as follow:</span></span></p><ul><li>Adds to paragraph 5.2 a new requirement that the particle size distribution shall be determined on samples taken at the point of manufacture</li><li><span ><span lang="EN-GB" >Changes the packaging, labelling, marking, storing and transporting requirements to comply with Israel Mandatory Standards SI 2302 parts 1 and 2 instead of the European legislation</span></span></li></ul>
