Order ¹ 376 of 20.12.2011 "On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine ¹ 162 of 25.10.2011" was adopted because of the postponement of implementation (from 01.01.2012 to 01.01.2013) of the Technical regulation for medical equipment (approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine ¹ 536 of 11.06.2008, hereinafter - Technical Regulation). ; ; Order ¹ 162 of 25.10.2011 (G/TBT/N/UKR/66) approved changes to the list of goods which are subject to mandatory certification in Ukraine.
