The Committee for Veterinary Control and Surveillance of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan reports that on the basis of the official notification of the World Organisation for Animal Health (WOAH), an outbreak of highly pathogenic avian influenza virus (HPAI) was registered in Romania.
