Portable dry chemical powder fire extinguishers Ministerial Resolution No. 190.2019 of 3 October 2019 amends and supplements the Technical Regulation on portable dry chemical powder fire extinguishers, approved by Ministerial Resolution MDPyEP/DESPACHO/N° 098.2018 of 1 June 2018. The amendments were primarily made to establish the Bolivian Metrology Institute (IBMETRO) as the supervisory authority to ensure compliance with the Technical Regulation, as well as the nature of infringements and the penalties to be applied by the Business Control Authority (AEMP).
