This draft of decree states that all of Uncoated seven strainless steel wire for prestressed concrete reinforcement, Uncoated strainless steel wire for prestressed concrete reinforcement and Prestressed concrete steel (Quench and tempered wire) produced within the country or imported, distributed and marketed in the country shall fulfil the SNI requirements. The producers which produced these products therefore shall comply with the requirements of SNI proven by having Product Certificate for Using SNI Mark and put SNI mark on every product. Uncoated seven strainless steel wire for prestressed concrete reinforcement, Uncoated strainless steel wire for prestressed concrete reinforcement and Prestressed concrete steel (Quench and tempered wire) products imported from other countries and enter Indonesia also have to be accompanied by Mill certificate, which contains information of name of product and its grade, identification number of product and its nett weight, dimesion and tolerance of the product, mechanical properties, heat number of wire rod and its chemical composition, stress strain curve for every heat number. The product certificate on SNI marking shall be issued by a Product Certification Body which has been appointed by the Minister of Industry though: ; a. Testing of the conformity of the products quality against SNI requirements; and ; b. Audit on the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) SNI ISO 9001:2008 or its revision; or other recognized Quality Management system; ; Directorate General for Metal, Machinery, Textile and Multifarious Industries, Ministry of Industry is the institution that is responsible for the implementation of this decree and shall provide which technical guidance of the decree, which cover procedure of Product Certification and SNI Marking. ; ; Products which are distributed in domestic market that originated domestically and imported shall meet the requirements which are consisted in SNI 07-1154-1989, SNI 07-1155-1989, SNI 07-3651.3-1995. These standards specify term and definition, quality requirements, sampling, testing method, testing acceptance, marking requirement and packaging (the standarda are available in Indonesian language). ;
