The legal framework for pesticide registration in China is the Regulations on the Control of Agrochemicals (Decree 677) (enforced on 1 June, 2017) and Measures on Management of Pesticide Registration (Decree 3) (also enforced on 1 June, 2017). Oversea manufacturer should appoint a Chinese agent to submit application.
