The description of the webinar:
The Act on Registration and Evaluation of Chemical Substances (known as K-REACH) has been enforced since January 1, 2015 in South Korea K-REACH consists of registration of chemical substance; screening of hazardous chemicals; hazard and risk assessment of products containing chemical substances and hazardous substances; sharing information of chemical substances.
Joint dossier preparation and submission is one of the obligations under K-REACH. Manufacturers and importers of the same substance shall form a Chemicals Information Communicative Organization (CICO), which is a substance registration committee like a SEIF in the EU.
