The Andean Community is a free trade area founded in 1969 to create a custom union and promote growth and development in member countries. The members of Andean Community are Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, and Ecuador. To harmonize cosmetic regulation, Decision No 833 is approved. Decision No 833 regulates requirements and procedures to manufacture products in Andean Community or import them from other countries. It came into force on 27 May 2020.
